MJP Evolutions

I created MJP Evolutions with the simple reason of creating better and evolving projects for the individuals who live and work in them, buildings are like people there is no perfection, we can always improve evolve and we will always look to keep finding better ways and evolving the standard of living and production. We at MJP Evolutions have a very high standard and will not lower the standard of our production at any instance 

 

Before MJP Evolutions I have been involved with multiple businesses taking and running on projects from £200,000 and upwards in the construction industry in the last 10 years, ranging from office conversions, retail ,universities and schools for the last 3 years we have been working on derelict buildings creating assisted living apartments for people with autism who have specific needs, we have took pride in doing this. We were also working though the whole of the lock down, we never took one day off as we knew the needs of homes for the people that needed it most was necessary as they were relying on us. we only use contractors who work within the criteria of being safe and have the same attitude for providing the best service possible and the top-quality finish we expect 

 

 we normally enter a property what has been derelict for many years and in need a new lease of life we can provide that  with the budget agreed and on time and most importantly the quality of workmanship that’s where we pride ourselves and the sole reason I created MJP Evolutions quality is above all, apart from safety of course what we practice with very strict regulations as our health and safety officer and  CDM regulations is second to none and it is of the upmost importance this is in place  before anyone steps on site 

 

I also have CP Demolition, a company again what we pride our self on safety cp demolition runs within MJP Evolutions but is also its own independent business we see it as the upmost in having the best site supervisors and managers running are projects to make sure the standard of work is top and the safety is top CP Demolition are sister company is a Construction gold line accredited company who has an important role in getting buildings ripped out and safe for the trades sometimes demolished certain sectors of buildings and only adds to MJP Evolutions productivity 

 

I also have a host of properties I have bought renovated and rent out what I have been doing since I was 21 years of age what fits in within my businesses and just adds to my portfolio. My own house I purchased at 17. so I understand what clients want and their worries
